Located in the prominent Tsim Sha Tsui district of Hong Kong, this office tower addresses a prominent corner, expressing this condition through a visual “fissure” that characterizes the façade composition. Vibrancy at street level is reflected in the transparency of retail at grade. A fully glazed curtain wall exterior gives the building a visual solidity, while its lobby interior communicates an otherworldly feel, a stark transition from the commotion of the street to the office spaces above.
